Muscle testing, also known as applied kinesiology, is a non-invasive technique used to communicate with the subconscious mind. It helps identify imbalances, trapped emotions, and energetic disruptions by observing changes in muscle strength when responding to yes-or-no questions.
Yes, muscle testing can be performed remotely by acting as a proxy for the client. Since energy is not limited by distance, the practitioner can connect with your subconscious mind and receive accurate results just as if you were physically present.
